Vefa Group companies carry out their activities in their manufacture plants established Pendik-Kurtköy and Tuzla as an open area of 20.000 square meters and a closed area of 15.000 square meters.
Capacity
With its continuously renewing state-of-art product machine line, Steelife has the capacity of manufacturing tek vardiya sistemiyle 20.000 m² steel constructions monthly.
In Steelife construction system, welding is not used, in any way, in use of the special profiles for wall, floor and roof panels composed of U and C profiles which are manufactured as galvanized light steel. Combining of the panels is performed only via pin and screw, and chemical properties of the materials do not decay. So, the materials become protected against corrosion and by acquiring high resistance, it gains a longevity.
After outer coating materials on these panels are coated, they are transferred to construction site. Safety and resistance, protecting conditions against situations such as fire, corrosion, and storm are ensured in a comfortable, economical and aesthetic way.
